At Two Crafty Kitties, we want you to love your handmade items as much as we loved creating them! Below you’ll find details about our return and exchange process.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns on our handmade items, as each piece is crafted to order.

If there is a problem with your order — such as damage during shipping or an error on our part — please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to offer an exchange or replacement. Please reach out to us at twocraftykitties@gmail.com or via the contact form on this site, and include:

• Your order number
  
• A description of the issue
  
• A photo of the item (if applicable)
  

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in progress and cannot be cancelled.
