How long does it take to ship my order?

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to craft, package, and ship your order. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once it’s on its way.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS, depending on the size and destination of your package.

Can I cancel my order?

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in progress and can’t be cancelled.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $50 ship free within the U.S.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We don’t accept returns, as each item is handmade to order. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to exchange or replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

My package was lost or delivered to the wrong address — what do I do?

Please double-check your shipping address when you order, as we can’t be responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll do our best to help you track it down.
